The fourth part is about the Safavid Dynasty, starting with the reign of Shah Ismail I, and the great Persian scientists and philosophers of the time. Ghiyas ad-Din Muhammad Khwandamir, Khvandamir, (1475–1534) was a Persian Islamic scholar born in Herat, in 880 A.H. (1475 C.E.).
